For example if one of your strengths is your sense of humor, find a new way to use or express this strength today. Maybe go out of your way to brighten someone’s day with a funny story or joke. If one of your strengths is your positivity or ability to see the good in others, find a way to put that strength to good use. Be creative and be bold.
Lay Back & Receive Pleasure.
Tonight you will take five to ten minutes to do deep breathing as your transition from workday to rest time. Then spend 15 or more minutes reading erotic literature.
